NOW 2.5% Fee Charged on ALL PROPERTY SALES:
Direct Auctions in conjunction with its sister company First Choice Properties, who have their fingers on the pulse of the real estate market, recognise that the current rates of commission charged on the Costa del Sol are contributing to the slowdown and stagnation in the property market. Quite simply "people are tired of being ripped off, overcharged and exploited".
From 30th June 2004 forward, on each and every property sold by either Direct Auctions or First Choice Properties , the selling price will be subject to a flat rate of 2.5%.
E.g., A property being sold for 300,000 euros plus Real Estate Commissions
Real Estate commission rate of 5% Total Price 315,000 euros
Real Estate commission rate of 7.5% Total Price 322,500 euros
Real Estate commission rate of 10% Total Price 330,000 euros
This property being sold by Direct Auctions or First Choice Properties will be 307,500 euros
