The Copasur company has called for the embargo of the Mayor of Marbella, Marisol Yagüe’s home. The company says it still has not been paid 949,000 € for carrying out building work on the property.
The matter came to court in Marbella today and the Copasur company spokesman, Alberto Piñada, said after the hearing, that at least the Mayor had admitted finally that the debt had not been paid.
More documents are to be placed by both sides as the case continues.
