There is no question that Spain is one of the best hunting experiences you will ever encounter.

Spanish hunting offers hunters and their companions to experience the natural beauty of the Spanish wilderness, from the central plains and coastal plains rising up from the Mediterranean shores, to the green northern highlands, which timidly upstage the starkly with beutiful Cantabrian and Pyrenean Moutains towering behind them.

Small Game Hunting
Location- Within one hour of Madrid, Spain, the capital, there are the most prestigious small game hunting sites that Spain has to offer. All the small hunting takes place on estates located in and around Toledo, and offer many acres of land.

Accomodation- Hunters and their companions would stay in one of the estates. Lodging is avaliable at a cardinal's palace, inside the walls of a castle.

ESTATES

MONTALBANEJOS - Covers 1,400 acres of land and offers hunts of up to 500 birds per day.

NAVALAUMBRIA - covers 13,000 acres of land and offers the ability to hunt for six consecutive days with up to 900 birds allowed per day.

CASA SOLA DEL MONTE - Covers 1,000 acres of land with up to 600 birds allowed per day.

PRICES FOR GROUPS OF MINIMUM 8 SHOOTERS
Two day trip limited to 300 birds per day starting at 460,000 pesetas per hunter. 400 Birds per day starts at 600,000 pesetas per hunter, and 500 birds per day starting at 760,000 pesetas per day.

Three day trip limited to 300 birds per day starting at 685,000 pesetas, 400 birds per day starting at 880,000 pesetas, and 500 birds at 1,200,000 pesetas per day.

Big Game Hunting
Spanish Stag- An exclusive to Spain, quite small and have very pointy antlers. A good trophy will have 12 points, and their stems 29.5 inches long. There are only about 250,000 Spanish Stage left in the world and every year hunters claim 25,000 of them. Therfore in 10 years they will be extinct.

Spanish Ibex- They can only be found in Spain. There are four main types, the GREDOS, there are only about 25,000 of this type of ibex located in the Gredos Mountains, and a good trophy will have a horn of about 25 inches. BECITE, is the larges of all the ibex with the longest horns, of about 30 inches. Only 8,000 of these remain in the world. ALMIJARA, have a strong curved horn growing backwards from the skull. RONDA, the smallest of all ibex, with the horn growing at a small angle.

Fallow Deer- They were introduced from the Middle East to Europe by Romans thousands of years ago. The animal has spotty skin, and the animal itself makes a great trophy.

Pyrenean Chamois- They are native to the Pyrenees and the Cantabrian Mountains. They have a hooked shaped horn and is a very tough animal to catch by the mountain hunters.

European Mouflon - They were introduced from the islands of Corsica in the 17th century. They are ver smart animals, and there instincts are very developed, making them very difficult to hunt.

Roe Deer- They are also known as the "THE GHOST OF THE FOREST". They are very good trophies to most hunters.
