The lawyer representing the PP councillor in Málaga, Rosa Agüera, has called for a four year prison sentence and the banning from holding his employment for three years more, for the Local Police official who draw up a secret report on the movements and family of the councillor.
The report revealed both her public and private activities.
The councillor was sacked by the mayor on June 29th last year. He claimed a lack of confidence in her, and for those comments the lawyer is now also demanding 12,000 € in compensation.
The controversial report was initially drawn up allegedly to justify a request for a chance of bodyguard for the councillor.
