RENFE has announced that work to lay a second track on the railway line between Malaga and Fuengirola is now 70% complete.
Once the work is completed trains will run every 20 minutes, compared to the current half hour.
Building time has speeded up lately as more than 23 million euros is being spent on the improvements.
