2005 Spanish Open Comes to The San Roque Club.
It has just been announced, somewhat belatedly that this year’s Spanish Open will be held at the Dave Thomas designed Old Course in San Roque. This is the third major consecutive PGA Tour event to be held in Andalucia, following the Volvo Masters (Valderrama) and the World Cup Championship (Real Club de Golf Seville).
The bad news is that the Old course which many of you will be familiar with will be closed from March 28th to April 20th right bang in the middle of our high season. Visitors with prior reservations are being offered the “New” course instead.
