The Little Beer Company Launches British Beer Delivery Service on the Costa del Sol
Ex-pats living on the Spanish Costa might enjoy their fair share of sun, sea, sand and socialising but – one thing's for sure - the Spanish cerveza isn't quite like a traditional pint at home. Ex-pats who are missing their favourite tipple will welcome today's launch of The Little Beer Company (http://www.thelittlebeercompany.com), a Costa del Sol delivery service which puts popular British beers within easy reach of home-based customers and selected bars.
Frank Kinsella and Steve Ross of The Little Beer Company saw an obvious gap in the market after several trips to Spain and finding it very hard to get hold of a decent pint. Their company brings the UK's leading beer brands - including Adnams, Spitfire, Brakspear, Bomber, Tanglefoot, 6X, Young's and Bombardier - to the Costa del Sol and a receptive audience of ex-pats.
The Little Beer Company currently offers over 20 brands with the intention of supplying approximately 50 British beers and ciders by mid 2006.
Steve Jordan, Regional Director of The Little Beer Company, who lives near Marbella says: “On the Costa del Sol , British beer is found in low levels and not as a range. It currently hasn't been available as part of a delivery service – until now. Our extensive research has shown there's a real demand for good British beer amongst the ex-pat community. All the beers we supply have been chosen to travel well and taste just as good as they would back in the UK .”

The beer – typically in 500ml bottles - is delivered by the case of 12 bottles.
All the beers are priced from 19,95 euros per case and discounts are available for bulk ordering.
In most cases, orders are dispatched within 24 hours from the company's warehouse in Marbella , or customers can collect their orders in person. |
